Reward Cross Selling Offer

Reward a partner brand offer to the customer for free, i.e. a public coupon is generated without deducting wallet points. Use the publicoffer _id from brandoffers of Fetch Aggreegated Offers. Relevant only for open loop loyalty. This API can be called only with a write access api key, so call it only from your backend. DO NOT EXPOSE THE WRITE ACCESS API KEY IN A BROWSER OR APP
